“Room check in too late ”

“It's a really good night that I stayed in this Hotel. Good front desk, clean indoor environment and even those handrail installed in the bathroom for senior people. Nice and friendly.”

“Someone spit on the floor of the elevator. I talking about a huge wad of spit.I told Housekeeping, but they did nothing. I told the man at check-in, again nothing done. When I left this morning, I could see the dried spittle on the floor. Someone knocked on my door at 11:30. The person said they forgot something in my room. The person asked to come in to look. I said no, that I would look. Nothing found. They kicked my door. I called the desk, no answer. I let it ring a long time. I really……

“This place had a decent pool an my room was clean!”

“Clean rooms, nice place, but breakfast was not a good option for gluten free people. We were there just a night. We could walk across the street and eat dinner and it was good and not too expensive! Thanks”

“It’s a new hotel so facilities are in good condition generally, however there was no hot water from the shower which seemed to be an issue with the mixer as the sink hot water was fine. Breakfast is basic and you have to spoon yogurt into a plastic juice cup as there is nothing else to put it in, and only spread options were grape and honey in the small packets along with low quality baked goods. Typical of all the regular chains in US.”

“We had a double queen garden view room and could not have asked for more! Very spacious, clean, staff was wonderful and asked if we needed anything for our children. We loved the convenience of the beach being just steps away. Absolutely will be back again”

“The rooms were clean, the staff extremely helpful, andthe only reason I gave it a GOOD rather than an EXCEPTIONAL rating is that it is not a Holiday in or the like. Tt is, however, very good if you don't need an easy chair or a buffet breakfast.”

“因为是自驾，因此选了一个在Boston附近的20km的酒店（好比在上海逛浦西，住了个浦东的酒店的，当然我指的是距离）。总体来说不错，附近也有不少吃的，酒店早餐也不错。大部分都是自驾旅游的老美入住，挺不错的！”

“This is the second time I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn, it’s comfortable and an easy place to stay, there are a lot choices of food nearby, good for a business visiting ”

“The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.”

“The floor is dirty. The room sink is liking, the pillow case is dirty! ….”
